About the role
The role will focus on One-India Branding and Campus strategy and will work closely with the business leaders and be responsible for creating a strong and differentiated employer brand that inspires our existing and potential employees excited to work at Company. The incumbent in this role would implement the Talent Brand Story and deploy the employee value proposition. This role will bring to life employee & candidate experiences, build advocacy and talent ambassadors.
Requirements
Relevant post-MBA experience needed is 5 to 6 years i.e. batch Pass out - 2017, or latest 2018.
- Good understanding of company brand & talent brand and understand impact on business
- Scientific and business acumen with good understanding of talent pools
- Experience in program managing, developing communication plans and content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Experience of early talent management and working with University/campus ambassadors
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Passionate and curious about workplace culture, inclusion & diversity and employee & candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and build employment branding efforts and implement the Talent Brand Story.
- Build and execute Talent Acquisition recruitment marketing approach, leveraging internal audience as well as third party social and digital programs, events and assets,
- Drive social ambassador network internally, working in collaboration with business teams, content flow, events and experiences to boost pride amongst employees
- Build talent communities and network with external forums, universities and associations
