Functional Expertise:

- Responsible for further enhancing the organization's employer brand in the academia and student community, thereby creating a deep-rooted recall amongst the future talent.

- Design and implement the right metric to evaluate the effectiveness of employer brand initiatives on social media platforms

- Create compelling content, including employer branding materials, employee testimonials, videos, and blog posts, to showcase the company culture and employee experiences.

- Manage and leverage the Career page, alumni network and campaigns to build on the employer brand

Problem Solving:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy for clients amidst ever-changing talent landscape, emerging fintech industry, evolving start-up ecosystem to promote the organization and its EVP for both internal/external audiences.

Interaction:

- Proactively participate in forums to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

- Work closely with Senior Leadership to implement the employer brand initiatives.

- Collaborate with PR & Comms, HR and Marketing teams to build a strong employer brand presence internally and externally that promotes our EVP

- Engage with the student community through focused engagement initiatives targeting diverse communities

- And more..as we deal with ambiguity together!

Qualification & Experience:

- Degree in Marketing/Communications/HR or related field from a recognized university/college.

- 3-5 years of core experience in Employer Brand or Recruitment marketing with a high growth/ industry leader/internet first organizations

- Proven impact and Expertise in Employer branding is mandatory.

Skills:

- Creative thinking and innovation mindset

- Go-getter attitude with problem solving skills

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content and storytelling

- Stakeholder management & project management skills

- Ability to handle ambiguity in role/ environment
