To provide Data, Documentation and Coordination support to the Country ER Team for end to end case management of Grievance and Disciplinary cases.

- Documentation Support

- Drafting key grievance management documents such as grievance hearing invite letter, grievance hearing outcome, appeal invites, appeal outcomes, etc.

- Drafting key disciplinary management documents such as hearing invite, hearing outcome letter, suspension letter, appeal invites, appeal outcomes etc.

- Note taking for ER managers at all key meetings pertaining to grievance and disciplinary management cases including Investigation interviews, witness statements, hearings, appeals.

- Data Support

- Assisting with gathering and analyzing fact finding data for Grievance and Disciplinary Management cases where it may be required.

- Follow up and coordinate to obtain key data from various sources for investigation/fact finding purposes.

- Assist ER Managers in inputting ERCMS data.

- Coordination Support

- Set up key meetings for ER managers related to investigation and fact finding.

- Coordinate the setting up of Disciplinary and Grievance hearing meetings through ensuring a conducive environment for these meetings including confidential meeting rooms, the right facilities etc.

- Assist ER managers to send key documents to stakeholders and staff including checking minutes of meeting with staff, etc.

- Ensure all key Disciplinary and Grievance documents are filed in the employee's p-file.

- Basic level of ER/HR/Legal background and/or qualification.

- Some degree of experience in data and documentation management.

- An appreciation of the local legislative and regulatory landscape.

- Strong desire to learn.

- Team Player and strong collaboration

Qualifications and Skills

- ER/ legal background

- Experience in an international professional services/ banking environment.
