Responsibilities :
1. Serves as a point of contact with the Union and coordinates problem resolution under direction of of HOD of Employee Relations.
2. May conduct research including benchmarking, legislative and regulatory tracking and review.
3. Ensure the legal compliance of all the applicable statutes and ensure ZERO NC in any audits conducted.
4. Prepare agenda for development / strengthening the harmonious relations with the union to ensure the smooth production
5. Ensure no loss of production on account of man power availability
6. Effective implementation of ER agenda for the year and conduct interim check for the same to initiate the corrective action
7. Diagnose potential organizational problem areas, facilitates intentional change efforts based on informed diagnosis and addresses issues by building appropriate interventions in collaboration with local teams
8. Conduct Employee Satisfaction survey, analyze the results, create action plans, implement and measure effectiveness Skill Excellence
9. Facilitate project planning for the year
10. Develop a communication strategy to ensure timely and comprehensive communication to all stakeholders resulting in establishing an aspirational MSE brand name
11. Execute the competitions seamlessly in the plant
12. Develop pre-post training's/ other intervention's effectiveness mechanisms
13. Come out with novel solutions to increase participation and overall program Effectiveness
14. Should be able to manage the relations with the Unions and develop plan for development interventions
Competencies :
- Proficiency in Telugu language is mandatory
