Qualification : MBA Full time

Language : Gujarati is must (should speak/write/read)

Responsibilities:

- Managing Employee Relation processes to ensure Team members recruitment and development as per the requirement and to ensure harmonious Industrial Relations at the plant in order to maintain the required production level.

- Comply 75% of manpower belongs to locals as per the State Act

- Timely recruitment of Team members

- Statutory Compliances
