- Monitor & Track Workforce composition to Strategizing the optimal manpower composition forcompany - Workers, Contract, Neem, ITI, etc.
- Monitor the Statutory Compliances under the Labor Law across the Group and maintain Tracker monthly
- Mediate Plant HR and Contract Labour Management System Team for effective utilization of CLM System
- Design and develop IR Strategy for Corporate
- Define and implement cost saving initiatives with measuring effectiveness
- For Proactive Employee Relations, schedule and monitor the Open Communication Sessions for Shop Workforce
- Coordinate for Shop Workforce Engagement drives and maintain dashboard
- Maintain monthly Dashboard for Corp ER function and CHRO Employee Relation
- Design and develop Policies, Procedures for Corporate ER and follow up in execution
- Design, develop, monitor the Annual Budget for Corporate ER Function
- Maintaining and developing the Public Relations (Govt, Politicians, Cross Industries etc.)
- Define the Grievance Redressal Mechanism and ensure its effective implementation
- Establish and continuously improve the Corporate Governance on all above
