CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Mapping of end-to-end Employee (Field and Internal) Journey to understand digital touchpoints and deliver IT Solutions in areas of Marketing Automation ,Gamification, Advanced Analytics Use-case Administration, Process Simplification & Digitization, Platform integrations, Employee Collaboration Tools (CMS, Knowledge Management), Travel Expense Mgmt & Field Marketing Automation .
- Assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs.
- Evangelize new digital projects based on identified business needs.
- Preparing business case in consultation with divisions & implement the same in coordination with partners.
- Drive change management & adoption programs for new projects & processes enabled through digital.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Management with at least 2 years' experience in IT.
- Desirable but not mandatory - Graduation in Computer Science Engineering.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM and ecosystem (like Heroku, Pardot, SFMC etc)
