Job Description :
- Incumbent should be able to Envision, design and implement new initiatives for the organization in line with Head HR expectations.
- Incumbent should have analytical mindset
- Incumbent should be well versed and capable in designing MIS's / Dashboards pertaining to HR
- Would be responsible to submit MIS's / Dashboard at set periodicity
- Incumbent would be responsible for Automation of Critical HR Processes relating to Employee Life Cycle
- Incumbent should be able to handle HR Compliance end to end.
- Incumbent should be well versed in managing the entire employee life cycle
- Identify new trends and best practices across and recommend in line with organization philosophy
- Ideal Candidate should be well versed with project methodology
- Incumbent should be able to formulate project plans for key initiatives along with timelines for timely delivery in all COE of HR.
- Ideal Candidate should have strategic mindset and work closely towards employer branding, Organization Culture, Change Management etc
- Review SOPs, Policies, Process flow. Identify Gaps and Recommend changes
- Streamlining of Internal HR Process in line with Industry best practices
