Employee Experience:
- Establish detailed feedback loops and conduct outcome analysis for various engagement interventions and wellness programs across all regions and levels.
- Monitor the progress of implementation of various interventions on employee experience.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance employee communication and overall experience.
- Brainstorm engagement themes that align with the organization's culture and strategic priorities.
- Conduct employee pulse surveys and interpret the results.
- Drive employee exit surveys, interpret the results & come up with enterprise / Regional level action plan.
- Attrition analysis ( run some predictive model to decide on which background of frontline employees are likely to stay )
- Roll-out stay interviews to select employee cohorts, interpret results and work on enterprise / regional action plan in conjunction with the Regional HR Team.
- Drive MCARES / other engagement survey action plans.
Rewards Management:
- Foster close collaboration with COE - C&B & Total Rewards, Zonal HR, and other business stakeholders to develop reward programs.
- Craft, develop, and implement reward and recognition initiatives for employees across various verticals.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the pan-India Total Rewards framework for frontline employees in collaboration with COE - C & B & Total Rewards, Chief Manager - Employee Experience & Head - HR.
- Evaluate the impact of various Rewards & Recognition programs.
