The description is as below: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Capable of operating strategically, operationally & Tactically - Should love social presence and must be ready to take the stage for activities, hosting etc - Must be a collaborator to work with Funlabs. - Drives engagement through event experiences. - To create engagement strategy. - He/she will be responsible for the execution and overall communication relates to employee engagement initiatives - Understand requirements for each event (Onsite & Virtual) - Maintaining employee engagement activity schedule throughout the year - Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints - Book venues and schedule speakers - Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost - Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.) - Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems - Evaluate event's success and submit reports - Cooperate with marketing & PR to promote and publicize event DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor's/PG Degree in Hospitality management or Public relations is preferred (No Backlogs). - At least 2 years- experience as an event Coordinator. - Well -organized with excellent Multi-tasking abilities. - Outstanding management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
