We have an urgent requirement for Manager-Employee Engagement to join our team. Below are the desired skills required for this role :

1) 10-15 yrs strong track record in Employee Engagement

2) Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory

3) Familiarity with medium to large sized product organizations and matrixed structures/reporting lines

4) Experience in setting up and introducing new employee engagement platforms.

5) Excellent Communicator having the ability to influence and persuade others.

6) Proactively work with cross-functional teams to work effectively with peers and partners throughout the whole organization.

7) A commitment to demonstrably improving team metrics. A positive, flexible, and proactive, hands-on with can-do approach.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across teams by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.

2) Developing and delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity to continually drive positive employee experiences.

3) Manage and support the Internal Communications Manager to help deliver employee communications across the business.

4) Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that helped improve the Organizational Development Index.

5) Create and deliver high quality creative communication material/content through your own work and working through others in the team.

6) Ensure the most effective communications channels and tactics are used that enable clear and aligned messaging in line with company's business strategy.

7) Build and foster relationships across business functions and locations to ensure employees are engaged and informed no matter where they are based.

8) Drive culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue.

8) Gather, analyze and present key employee engagement metrics to help support the delivery of key initiatives and prepare reports for key stakeholders in a timely fashion.

9) Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.

10) Ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow
