Location: Mumbai Job Title : Manager - Employee Engagement and Communication Area of work : Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Communication, CSR, Induction Role : To take a lead role in delivering an employee engagement and retention strategy, Wellness/Welfare/Induction/Reward programs and internal communications Job Description :&nbsp; 1. To facilitate Leadership events like business kickoff, strategy meet, employee survey meet, OD projects that drive measurable business outcomes. 2. To work on HR projects that would support business objective to bring sustainability, competitive edge and engagement. 3. To maintain accurate employee survey database and engage functional heads and employees into survey participation. 4. To partner with location HRs, regional and functional heads to deploy employee survey and actions planning post employee survey results 5. To partner with managers to develop messaging and presentations for company-wide updates, key business initiatives, and other related topics. 6. To identify ways in which line managers could be further developed to improve on managerial excellence and employee experience. 7. To create meaningful employee engagement programs and provide experiences that help to bring out the purpose and build culture 8. To bring in best engagement practices, programs, initiatives like Birthday celebrations, and other events to keep employees motivated that support employee retention 9. To engage with institutes for employer branding initiatives -To tie up with institutes for leadership teams guest lectures 10. To provide a buddy support role for new recruits. To engage with them on a regular basis during their first days, weeks and months with the organization and acting on any areas of concern. 11. To measure the effectiveness of induction/engagement/communication activities and suggest improvements. 12. To edit newsletters, briefings, articles and act as a main SPOC for all functions for Intranet writing and editing a variety of content. 13. To act as filter/controller/moderator for all the mass communication to ensure alignment of messages and narratives. 14. To work on employee Wellness/welfare/reward programs from time to time that support employee retention and motivation. 15.
