Manager - Employee Engagement

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing & supervising all consultants to implement wellness agenda across the group

- Focusing on behavior change to drive accountability towards health of employees

- Helping & supporting Business HR & Medical staff to drive wellness agenda

- Implementing initiatives which focuses life beyond work

- Educating Managers & Peers to create inclusive workplace

- Creating enabling systems for women employees

- Supporting head in research, study, analyze, benchmark various internal & external practices on Diversity

- Support Group Head to create & prepare compelling case to define framework , philosophy & policy needed in the future that supports inclusive working behaviors

- Design & execute various Diversity related initiatives

- Support the Group’s participation in various external forums

- Support portfolio owner in various internal research/ white papers and various internal studies

Requirements:

- Candidates with 2 yr full time MBA from reputed institutes who are working on delivering measurable people-centric agenda towards implementing employee engagement activities focused on life beyond work, diversity and inclusiveness, employee health and wellness etc. shall be suitable.
