We assist our Clients (Consulting Firms, Corporates & Academic Institutions) in their primary research work by identifying and empaneling senior industry Experts who can provide the required research insights to our Clients, or work with them on short projects.  - The company is founded by IIM Alumni with significant industry experience in Consulting, BFSI & Education space.   - We are looking for a smart professional with background in RECRUITMENT/TALENT ACQUISITION - who can identify the relevant industry Experts and empanel/recruit them for Client research & short project requirements  Job Overview :  The primary responsibility of the candidate will include:  - Understand the Client's research/project requirements and the areas or topics for which they need Experts  - As per the Client research requirements, identify the resumes/CVs of the Experts from various sources such as LinkedIn and other databases  - Reach out to the identified Experts via channels such as telephone calls, emails, professional networks (LinkedIn etc.)  - Empanel/recruit the Experts in line with the firm's financial matrix  - Explain the Client requirements to the empaneled experts and set up research/project discussions with the Client  - Manage & maintain the Expert candidate database  Desired Background and Personal Attributes :  We need a go-getter who is passionate about working in a start-up culture, has the enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities :  - 2 to 4 years experience in a recruitment / talent acquisition role  - Good cold calling & convincing skills  - Good written and oral communication  - Strong relationship orientation  Salary : Will include fixed plus performance-linked variable component  Salary offered: 7 - 8 LPA
