Manager - EMIR Regulations

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Individual would be expected to know the EMIR regulations and its operational impact on the Listed F&O and Client clearing business.

- Would be responsible to ensure that MO teams understand, plan and implement the changes to adhere to the change in regulations.

- Would be required to work and liaise with multiple stakeholders including change management, regional operations counterpart,IT, business, clearing houses.

- Would be responsible to perform the gap analysis of current state versus the regulatory requirements.

- He also needs to ensure hands on effective management of resources both human and technological to ensure all operational risks are mitigated.

- Ensure that regulatory changes are implemented in controlled environment without any operational risk.

Qualification, Experience & Skills :

- Post graduate with 8+ years of experience with a wide exposure.

- Knowledge of clearing and Listed derivatives would be an advantage.

- Familiarity with the EMIR regulations is a MUST.

- Currently should be a manager.
