- Steering the successful implementation of change for any process, law, procedural change through audit, inspection, analysis, improvement strategies, training, coaching & mentoring and manpower management.

- Heading the development of incident investigation procedure to guide employees on incident investigation

- Steering contractual management activities for contractors like civil, infra, fire system, HVAC, Power distribution, MEP, operations, DG sets; working on projects on different sites of company; analyzing the results and deploying best practices

- Managing the contractor safety campaign effectively throughout the plant; directing safety briefings for labors & contractors, site safety inspection (daily-weekly) jointly with client and subcontractors

- Administering contractor management; steering the implementation of contractor safety model to ensure proactive safety

- Ensuring compliance with HSE global norms for construction safety, health and environment

- Rendering assistance in the development of company HSE objectives and targets; assisting in accident investigation and development of incident, near-miss and observation reports

- Leading allocation of responsibilities to the HSE Officers; attending client / internal HSE meetings

- Formulating the HSE plan, JSA, RA and other HSE related documents; steering the inspection related activities

- Steering the registration and removal of hazardous waste; updating PPE's issuance register at site

- Identifying, evaluating and resolving existing and potential health, safety and environmental threats and risks

- Extending advice to the management on ways to prevent injury to personnel, damage to equipment and fires to improve existing work methods, legal and contractual requirements

- Supervising daily HSE practices with regular checks of work sites, promoting safe working systems and procedures

- Conducting regular HSE assessments to ensure the effectiveness of HSE programs and procedures

- Handling ETP and STP operations

- Played a key role in executing firefighting commission activities.
