To provide complete operational and logistics support services for Learning Program related Specific & Cluster Programmes in the assigned region / client and enable effective Student Lifecycle Management and contribute to the growth of the Learning Programs.
- Student Lifecycle Management Support
- Co-ordinate with Back Office team and Regional Business Development Manager / Company Co-coordinator for Admission, Registration and Fee payment of students for assigned Specific & Cluster programmes.
- Sharing Student and Billing details for the assigned Specific programmes with Accounts team for Invoicing the Client.
- Support Offcampus faculty / Location coordinator / Regional Business Development Manager in conducting examinations and implementing logistics plan for assigned Specific & Cluster programmes.
- Facilitate the sending of question papers and other related documents to different locations where examinations are being conducted.
- Facilitate the collation of answer sheets from different centers and bundling the answer sheets together, as required and creation of answer sheets packages.
- Ensure the dispatch of exam papers to central team within timelines for assigned Specific and Cluster programmes.
- Facilitate the distribution of answer sheets to Guest Faculty for evaluation in co-ordination with Offcampus Faculty / Regional Business Development Manager.
- Faculty Support
- Facilitate the sending offer letters / appointment letters to Guest Faculty in co-ordination with Academic Team & HR.
- Providing administrative support to off campus faculty in Company & Cluster locations.
Organizing periodic faculty meetings.
- Follow up with faculty for evaluating answer sheets on time.
- Processing of Honorium Payment requests on time for Guest Faculty.
- Management of Program Calendar for Specific Program
- Responsible for the overall Management and adherence of Program Calendar schedule for assigned Specific & Cluster programmes in coordination with all stake holders.
- Conducting Periodical Review Meetings with Corporate Customers
- Responsible for conducting periodical review meetings with Corporate Customers and implementing the action plans based on the outcome of review meetings in coordination with all stakeholders
- Managing Operations
- Working with cross functional teams for the successful delivery of Specific Programmes across locations.
- Managing the assigned Internal / Outsourced team members & Outsourced Services Cendors for Specific & Cluster programmes.
- MIS Reports Management
