Manager - Editorial Research

- You would be responsible for managing and performing various responsibilities spanning across team operation, continuous process improvement, stakeholder management, and deliverables review and feedback as part of our startup analysis and research hub.

- You will analyze and interpret business requirements leveraging expectation assessment, benchmarking, hypothesis generation, and other qualitative and quantitative methods across the Indian Startup Ecosystem, identifying the right trends, preparing the top startup charts etc.

- You will advance competencies and capabilities of Mint's startup insight by identifying trends, movement, key developments etc across startup segments such as Unicorns, Soonicorns, Cheetacons etc.

- You would spearhead initiatives for talent development by hiring and training new talents

Skills/Key Requirements:

- You will work with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, sales, and marketing to yield meaningful contribution to the success of our startup research inorder to increase the reach, readership etc of insight related to startups.

- You possess strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English

- You have proficiency in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace and previously any BI/data analytics tools
