Manager - eCommerce Sales - Retail

Reporting Structure : 

Reports to : Managing Director

Qualification : BE + MBA (Must)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- To manage Organization's Group's online Sales and Operations in India across product categories, to grow the company's eCommerce business aggressively, with primary focus on full-price sales, and a secondary focus on developing liquidation channels; cost-effectively manage operations to achieve Operating Income targets for the eCommerce channel; efficiently manage working capital in the digital business in coordination with internal teams. Manage relationships with key 3P platforms.

- Plan, optimize and execute digital marketing as per budgets, including on social media and internal and external databases and websites, in accordance with brand guidelines.

- Work closely with offline sales teams to increase offline sales through effectively use of digital co- operative marketing; support and link digital capabilities to various retail initiatives to widen the aisle and increase conversions

- Manage Organization's Group site(s) in accordance with global guidelines, including quality control/ UAT, site analytics, and eCommerce.

- Manage Organization's India's CRM operations and build consumer engagement and sales in collaboration with the global framework and guidelines; accelerate quantum of quality consumer data by interfacing with after-sales, consumer opt-ins etc.

- Manage the backend integration of various sales and IT initiatives for developing a world-class omni-channel fulfillment system

- Keep current with, and evaluate new and emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.

People leadership :

- Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver functions

- Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals

Qualification & Experience :

- Engineering Graduation from a reputed Engineering School & MBA

- Experience in Retail preferred
