The Big Picture of What we are looking for :

- We are looking for a smart, alert, thoroughly meticulous Ecommerce Operations Manager .

- You should have managed The E-Commerce operations including logistics, refunds, payments, dispatches, deliveries, of an e-commerce brand or Ecommerce platform.

- You should also be familiar with selling on Amazon platform and as well as any other e commerce platform.

- You will be responsible for ensuring complete coordination between our warehouse, customer orders, website orders, Amazon orders, and their deliveries and dispatch and ensuring complete flawless operation of the same.

Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager

1. Manage E-Commerce Portals - Amazon, Shopify-own website

2. Listing the products online

3. Regularly manage inventory across e-commerce portals

4. Ensure smooth order taking, order fulfilment via liasoning with our warehouses in UK and US and UAE

5. Ensuring Perfect order dispatch, and delivery.

6. Ensuring on time Performance on all metrics

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Meticulous, error free Operations Manager, who is completely on top of everything aspect of e-commerce

2. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter

3. Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics

4. Strong analytical, coordination, interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills with an eye for detail
