Looking in is venturing into Menswear apparel in Shirts and Ethnic. The route of entry is e-com first.

This role holder would be responsible for sales & operations of Menswear business through the online platforms. These will include marketplaces as well as

E-commerce Manager Remarks

The key challenges would be:

a) Cracking a profitable growth model for Menswear business

b) Ensuring strong partnerships with platforms to sell at the premium end

c) Since the business will be starting up, role holder will have to work cross functionally to ensure right product, pricing, fits, designs

4) Principal Account abilities

Accountability Supporting Actions

Ecommerce Manager:

Driving sales & profitability for Menswear business - Net sales targets for Women's wear business (Val/ Vol)

- Desired CBA & EBIDTA delivery

- Returns% management

- Working capital management

Operations - Management of cataloguing, photoshoots and listing with help of 3rd party

- Discounting, pricing finalization for event/ BAU

- Inventory management

- Work with 3rd party to ensure channel SLAs adhered

- Management of ops linked to Menswear business

Channel partner management - To build strong relationships with key channel partners

- To interface on all areas like pricing, discounting, events, visibility, waivers etc

Analytics - Analyze sales data for high sellers, throughput, pricing decision, inputs to design

- consumer understanding
