1. Payroll Administration – Accuracy & Timelines

2. Compensation Reviews, Comp structures, fitments & employee communication

3. Manage employee’s expectations and resolve queries / grievances in line with SLA’s.

4. To Manage Employee Benefits

5. Formulation of HR Policies, Process & their effective implementation

6. Regular employee communication through mailers, announcements & posters etc.

7. Managing vendors and ensuring quality service and Service Level agreements

8. Legal Compliance & Labour Laws

9. Vendor mgmt & Crisis Management
