The DEI Manager will play a key role in developing DEI strategies on Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning and Engagement. The focus of this role is to design the polices, processes that are integrated with diversity, equity and inclusion in the day to day way of working and employee experience. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Office-wide DEI strategy and engagement - Work with key stakeholders and affinity group champions to understand priorities. - Design and execute DEI strategy, in collaboration with the leadership and global DEI team. - Incorporating DEI in the office culture, employer branding, industry and campus recruiting plans. - Responsible for advancing the DEI policies - including programs, and strategies; staying abreast of emerging trends, researching best practices, external benchmarking, and analyzing people data. - Strengthen and create awareness of existing DEI initiatives and build new programs aligned with organization objectives. - Drive DEI goals through program management and defined project plans; manage implementation of activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout. - Provide leadership coaching and run DEI office-wide training programs to sensitize individuals on DEI. - Plan and execute external DEI programs and speaker sessions - Doing regular employee check-ins and surveys to understand the pulse of employees w.r.t DEI and priority areas. - Prepare agenda and materials for leadership meetings and DEI sessions. Eligibility Criteria - DEI subject matter expert, with at least 8 years of relevant DEI experience in building strategies and running programs. Overall HR experience of 11+ years. - Individual who has experience of designing DEI programs and policies. - Individual who is a creative thinker, with strong program management skills . - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills to translate metrics, research, and trends into opportunities. - Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision
