A leading mutual fund house is seeking to hire the undersaid
Manager - Distributor Marketing
Location : Mumbai
- The objective of the distributor marketing team is to reinforce the brand, establish regular connect with distributors through both offline (events & sponsorship; training & development) and online initiative (maintain financial advisor website; develop and disseminate web content).
- The aim is to build loyalty and increase mind share amongst distributor that will lead to increase in market share.
- The role requires in-depth understanding of B2B business in the financial services sector.
- Candidate should have exposure to BTL ( below the line ) marketing and communication and should have advance MS office skills ( Excel & PowerPoint)
Responsibilities :
Digital Medium :
- Managing web content and refresh it regularly
- Writing and formatting content for website
- Promoting new content on the website
- Email marketing to distributors
3rd Party website :
- Managing all digital updates on 3rd party websites This would include creation and updating of banners, articles etc.
- Coordinating with contact points from each of these websites to ensure all links are working correctly, banners are updated etc
Data Management :
- Data mining & data analysis- Quiz data, mine distributor date base and prepare MIS with insights with respect to distributor engagement and initiatives.
Engagement Initiative for Distributor :
- Coordinate with sales team, external trainers and other state holders to conduct regular training and engagement programs organized across branch locations for distributors/channel partners (Banking Channel, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) & National distribution channel) and internal sales team.
- Monitor impact of all distributor related events & activities
- Liaise with zonal heads, sales teams, and distributors to continuously stay updated on competitors
- Assist in executing Reward & Recognition Program
Internal coordination & vendor management
- Liaison with equity research houses as and when required for data which can be used for content creation.
- Will be responsible of checking certain critical documents before it get published/ circulated externally.
- Detail oriented
- Exposure to BTL Marketing and communication
- Excellent writing and copy editing skills
- Analytical
- Very organized and process driven
- Good Microsoft office skills- Power point, Advanced excel
- Good aesthetic sense- web design, color combinations etc
- Good interpersonal skills
- Capable of independently handling project
