JOB Description :

- To increase the width and depth of distribution in the Emerging markets, which would translate into acquisitions and revenues and increase channel satisfaction levels.

- To develop excellence in distribution in Emerging Markets through effective planning and gaining market share from the competition. Ensuring the product availability within the consumer reach.

- Prove to be an active support to the Sales team in driving the Implementation of Distribution Plans of the Circle.

EXPECTED END RESULTS/MAJOR ACTIVITIES

- Build rural distribution channel

- Planning and driving RD & RS appointments.

- Maintaining BTS to RD ratio as per norms

- Ensuring channel partners meet distribution norms

- Setting up, controlling and monitoring distribution processes as per norms

Analyzing data & creating the reports

- Analysing the relevant data & creating the reports on important KPIs like BTS to RD mapping, RD productivity, Stock levels of channel partners, Inactive SSOs, etc

- Field force training- Role holders & Channel

- On the field & classroom trainings for RTMs & ZSMS

- Planning for RD inductions & trainings

Channel/ Retail engagement

- Plan and execute channel partner contests/ incentives

- Plan and execute channel partner meets

- Plan and execute retail meets

Increasing revenue of LRLU sites ( Low revenue low utilisation)

- Planning for Van & canopy activities for LRLU sites

- Planning for LSO & SSO expansion & continuous distribution on LRLU sites

New Town roll out

- Planning for New Town launch activities

- RD appointment/ allocation of New town sites

- Ensuring LSO , SSO expansion & continuous distribution in New towns

APEF compliance at RS points

- Implementing the reviewing & collecting processes of APEFs at RS points to reduce the barring

IFFCO distribution

- Controlling PEF barring for IFFCO

- Increasing no of active societies

Distribution activities - Planning & reviewing of distribution drives & activities to increase accessibility & availability like- canopies, Vans, Door to door activities, Visibility drives etc
