Manager - Distribution Ops/Demand Planning

Responsibilities:

Demand Planning, Indent Planning, Re-distribution Planning.

3PL Selection, Contracting & Management, Benchmarking/Service Level Monitoring, Customer Responsiveness Survey, Expiry & Obsolescence Management

Work closely with the Distributor/CSA to ensure Operational efficiencies in Warehousing & Distribution including Order Processing

Carry out regular Operations review meetings with the Distributor/CSA to review the performance against set standards, and re-engineer processes to enhance performance and service capability.
