Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in developing distributor network on Pan India Basis.
Qualifications: Graduate with computer skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Development of distributor network PAN India for High End European Wooden Flooring Brand
- Prepare & execute the dealer expansion to deliver on the organisation's growth vision
- Develop new markets by appointing direct distributor's
- Responsible for all primary & secondary sales through the above mentioned channel
- Competition activity Mapping on regular basis
- Responsible for brand presence & penetration in these markets
- Network management, customer relationship development & and creating brand loyalty.
- MIS development & reporting, structured system of market feedback on product, product range, service expectation for business building and growth.
- Implementation of trade promotions, product promotions & activities to grow the channel business.
Skills:
- Well-travelled and familiar with various markets across India
- Contacts and good will with Distributors
- Must have created a distributor network successfully
- Experience in high end / Luxury category
Salary: Eight - Twelve /fifteen lakhs PA + Performance bonus [incentives]
