We Have this opportunity with one of my client who is a leading payment wallet aggregator in the industry.
Following will be the responsibilities of the desired candidate :
- Responsible for managing the Promoter Work Force in the respective assigned region.
- Manage the hiring, availability & productivity of promoters in the designated region.
- Responsible to get the maximum productivity from the promoters in the designated region.
- An incumbent is required to work closely with respective RM Zonal Business Managers and Circle Sales Head to drive the promoter program.
- Overall responsibility for the program performance from the promoter onboarding to training to sales output.
- Engage with vendors in coordination with SCM and get the required promoter resources availability on field.
- Accountable for continuous and regular tracking and reporting of promoters using the Promoter App.
- Respond to a wide variety of queries from the field & provide the solution in coordination with backend teams.
Note : Only FMCG background people with Channel Sales background need to apply.
Salary offered: 8-11LPA
