Job Role- Manager-Direct Taxation

Job Description:

Key Requirements:

- Experience of tax litigation CIT(A), ITAT, HC, SC, AAR etc

- Good command over Direct Tax legislation and jurisprudence

- Exposure to international tax advisory

- Good writing and communication skills

- Good command over English

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Review and assistance in preparation of tax appeals

- Quality review of tax opinions prepared by tax teams

- Technical analysis of latest jurisprudence

Preparation of tax alerts and position papers

Desired Candidate profile:

- Should posses good communication skills.

- CA or Law graduate with min 4 yrs of exp in Litigation
