Manager - Direct Taxation - CA - Manufacturing

Currently hiring Manager Direct Taxation for MNC.

Ideal Candidate:

- CA, 6-9 Post Qualification Exp.,

- Experience in Direct Taxation

Roles and responsibilities:

- Exposure in all matters related to direct tax, statutory compliance, tax audits, TDS, transfer pricing, compilation of various statutory returns specifically from a manufacturing domain

- IT assessment and reassessment

- IT/ TDS returns and compliances

- Tax provisioning

- Interaction with Government and Regulatory authorities

- Assist clients with appeals and representations in front of the Tribunal and IT commissioner

- Seeking opinions from experts

- Thorough technical knowledge on Indian Tax (income tax & DTAA), Corporate Law and International Tax.
