Manager - Direct Taxation - CA

Job Description: Responsible for Income tax compliances including returns, all related analysis and support of the group as a whole.

- Responsible for Tax audits and dealing with Auditors in respect of tax issues

- Supervise TDS function of the employees and other payments

- Liaison with Income Tax Department for the purpose of assessment and appeals

- Ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place over accounting for income taxes.

- Assisting the Tax Head for tax planning

- Ensure all timely compliance of the Income Tax

- Knowledge of IndAS with respect to taxation and Transfer Pricing will be an added advantage

Qualifications - CA with 3-6 year of experience in Industry or in Consultancy
