3. Assisting clients to complete timely and accurate tax and financial filings

4. Understanding and interpreting applicable tax accounting standards

5. Designing, proposing, and working with clients to implement tax strategies that are consistent with their strategic goals

7. Cross selling (Tax and other services).

8. Client liaison with respect to Finance, Revenue, Customs & Excise, etc.).

9. Managing and developing the Team.

10. Managing and/or contributing to office roles and functions.

Educational Qualification:

- CA with 6-10 years tax consulting experience, primarily in the area of international taxation.

- Postgraduate qualification in Taxation will be an added advantage.

Area of expertise:

- Expert in international tax viz. transfer pricing, business transaction and investment structuring and litigation upto CIT

- Stay abreast of proposed legislation and evaluate proposed legislation

- Review proposed and existing client policies to confirm their alignment with current and proposed tax legislation
