- Tax filing compliance under Direct: Filing of returns under Income tax, Service tax,

- Managing Tax audit, Statutory audits (Tax related) and Service Tax audit.

- Transfer Pricing- Handling Audits & Analysing transactions and documentation of associated enterprises.

- Computation of Deferred tax asset/liability on the timing difference.

- Reconciliation and statutory payments like TDS, Service tax , Advance tax

- Advising , Structuring the transaction between the group entities

- Negotiating and finalising the Tax clause in agreement with customer.

- Part of the core Direct tax and regulatory advisory and complaince group, with corporate client base. Experience in advising clients on Direct tax related queries, from routine queries to indepth entry and exit strategies.

- Expertise in the Area of Corporate Direct Taxation, Transfer Pricing, International Tax, Individual Taxation, Tax Advisory, Accounts, Finance & Treasury functions.
