Client: A leader in tire manufacturing company, having 2500 employees PAN India.

Responsibilities:

- Tax planning and ensuring complete, accurate and timely compliance with all direct taxes

- Will handle tax assessments, audits and litigation dept.

- Accounting for taxes under IND AS, ICDS and drive deferred tax accounting, normal tax accounting

- Liaison with tax authorities on direct taxation matters

- Handling compliances related to Corporate tax, Transfer Pricing, DTAA, BEPS, GAAR, TDS.

- To take initiative and identify tax saving opportunity per law and drive those initiatives.
