Manager - Direct Tax - CA - BFSI

We have a Manager - Direct Tax role open with one ofour clients in Gurgaon. We are lookign for CA professionals with 7-9 yrs of post qualification experience in Direct Tax. Below mentioned is the job details:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Preparation, review and filing of Direct Tax Returns

- Handling queries and liasoning with internal stakeholders and consultants

- Direct Tax related accounting and balance sheet reconciliations

- Subject matter expert on Direct tax requirements for the region being handled.

- Understand Tax requirements, changes in tax laws, budget announcements, new transactions and implications on Tax related deliverables.
