Manager- Direct Tax

Note : Looking for CA completed candidates(2015 or after) and who has experience with working any one of the Big 4 companies( current or previous)

This role is responsible for handling Direct Tax (including transfer pricing) matters of the company and includes the following:

1. Ensuring timely payments of tax liabilities and timely return filings

2. Review of Form 15CA for payments made to non-residents.

3. Supporting and ensuring timely filing of all quarterly and annual tax returns including TDS returns, EL returns, ITRs, Tax Audit and Transfer pricing compliances.

4. Filing of lower withholding tax applications

5. Ensuring effective controls within the workings and processes in the tax function through various reconciliations.

6. Supporting and following up with consultants and lawyers for matters related to tax assessments, appeals and any other assignments.

7. Timely disposition of tax queries raised by the tax authorities as well as various functions of the Company.

8. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all statutory provisions

9. Keeping the management aware of the implications of various direct tax laws on business decisions on a day-to-day basis

10. Handling any other tax related matters as per the requirements of the management.
