- Own few organization-wide programs and process improvement projects as per strategy consultant's recommendations. Ideate, propose and execute solutions after management's buy-in. Certification/ Experience in project management is desirable. - Continuous engagement with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, training, strategy teams. Excellent collaboration and cross-functional stakeholder management skills required. - Work closely with the technology team to conceptualize and deliver technology solutions to conventional problems.
