Manager - Digitization - Lubricants Industry

We are looking for a Manager - Digitization for our client with a global presence based at Mumbai.

Ideal candidate would be a full time BE/B.Tech with a Fulltime MBA, good English communication skills, would have worked in the transformation process in a FMGC or industrial consumables business such as lubes, tyres & batteries

Experience : 6 - 10 yrs of exp in handling the Digital developments, experience managing & contributing to design system, strong documentation skills, good idea of software architectures and good knowledge of common cloud services.

JOB DIMENSIONS

Responsible for all digital transformation in the lube business including managing the data base to provide the business with the necessary and timely information for decision making.

Working with external developers for planning, development and execution of new application Manage the database arising out of the digital tools and enable it for quicker interaction with the customers.

ACTIVITIES

- Prioritize the digital needs of lubes business and wok with departments to understand the needs and transform these needs to a digital platform.

- Own pilots and early deals on tool enhancements/engineering needs for our customers, working with cross-functional teams on Engineering /Sales and Marketing/ Operations, Sales Support, Technical to help scope out customer needs and executing towards successful pilot/ product fulfillment

- Act as the bridge between developer team & end users in lubes business requesting application design / features

- Take ownership of design additional landscapes which will have strict requirements

- Work in tandem with the other partner (internal/external) developer teams for constructive design feedback and to ensure cross-platform consistency

- Take feedback effectively - you will participate in design reviews and collaborate with developers as they build your designs

- Development and manage effective implementation of Apps designed for Mechanics, dealers ,distributors, product journey tracking, software for sales forecasting and inventory management and pricing

- Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, dashboards

- Responsible for monitor and ensuring effective usage of all digital tools
