The ideal candidate will have strong digital analytics experience, and previous jobs as an SME/Specialist, Assistant Manager or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of overall experience preferably with ecommerce and/or insurance/media/PR based digital analytics experience is preferred with 4+ years of experience in Google Analytics/Webtrends/Adobe Site Catalyst
- Worked as an SME/specialist providing valuable insights on the analytics data to the client
- Recommend and consult Analytics best practices to the client for better tracking their digital assets
- Hands on experience in Google analytics and GTM
- Good experience in creating Microsoft Excel reports and complex dashboards
- Sound understanding and capability of JavaScript to custom-code tags in the tag management tool would be an added advantage
Delivery:
- Provides project leadership, coordinating and integrating the work of other analysts.
- Providing on-going quality assurance and testing around the reliability of online analytics data, reports, dashboards and all other deliverables
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insight
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Provide analysis to deliver the New & Existing Customer Strategy driving customer acquisition online.
- Responsibility and Attention to Detail - Take responsibility for delivery of precise and accurate analyses, models, dashboards and reports to tight timescales and work to resolve problems when they occur and an ability to effectively multi-task
Skills required:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Webtrends)
- Hands on experience in Google analytics and GTM
- Manage stakeholder interactions by having regular updates and growing stakeholder engagement
