Manager - Digital Transformation - Supply Chain Domain - Manufacturing

- Actively involve in business development, helping support or lead project bids, writing proposals and pitching to clients in the area of supply chain transformation (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning/Integrated Business Planning, Sourcing & Procurement, Warehousing & Logistics)

- Drive pipeline build and assist in execution of large transformation plays in the supply chain and operations area spanning across strategy, process, AI and analytics and supply chain solutions

- As delivery lead/subject matter expert, the candidate is expected to drive client billable engagements, and be involved in creating thought leadership and new service offerings with client internal communities

- Proactively scan the business environment and keep a track of emerging trends, highlighting strategic insights that could impact businesses

- Engage in solution proposals, project scoping and Pilot projects.

Desired Profile :

- Should have 11+ years of increasing responsibility and successful track record in a consulting, supply chain, procurement and business development role in core manufacturing sector (Steel/Cement/Chemicals/Aerospace &Defense/Industrial Machinery/Machine Tools etc.)

- In-depth understanding of end to end supply chain processes (i.e. Demand Planning/Supply Planning/Sales & Operations Planning/Integrated Business Planning/Sourcing & Procurement (including Spend management) / Operating model design/Warehousing & Logistics) and a subject matter expert either in Planning, Procurement or Logistics functional area.

- For Planning experts - Strong exposure in enterprise planning tools like SAP/S4HANA Planning modules i.e. IBP, APO or JDA / Anaplan;

- For Procurement experts- Strong exposure in Source to pay tools like SAP Ariba or Coupa or other Procurement solutions;

- For Warehousing & Logistics - Strong exposure in WMS tools like SAP WMS, TMS or JDA WMS, TMS, Manhattan or other solutions and have designed & implemented the functional end to end processes and business requirements for clients

- Working experience in developing the future digital strategy roadmap from Digital Supply Chain

- Client relationship management and account management skills with experience in leading mid-large size deals and project delivery

- Experience leading complex projects in a distributed supply chain environment

- Experience leading projects that leverage technology to improve process efficiencies across the supply chain

- Operating model change expertise across the dimensions of people, process technology and organizational transitions and operational support

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. B.Tech.), Business, Supply Chain or Logistics discipline + Master's degree (MBA preferably from a good Tier1/Tier2 institute)
