Roles & Responsibility:
1. Experience in carrying out successful end to end digital transformation to transform the business and impact top or bottom line
2. Experience in handling clients, ability to understand client problems, derive digital imperatives and define a digital roadmap
3. Manage senior stakeholders, actively involved in client pitches, create and lead proposals
4. Experience in defining digital customer journeys, mapping business processes and proposing pragmatic alternatives for business impact
5. Experience in one of the digital areas - Operating model and roadmap, cloud, Data Analytics.
6. Experience in one or more industries (Manufacturing, Retail, FS); good understanding of business architecture of different industries
7. Support in hiring the right talent for the practice, manage and mentor junior team members
8. Must have worked on requirements definition for digital technology projects; must have good understanding of data concepts
9. Should have good understanding of SDLC and different delivery models (Agile, Iterative etc.)
10. Experience with India market clients is a plus
11. Excellent communication, soft skills and MS Office knowledge
12. Post pandemic, must be willing to travel on short/long term basis
