Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: The Manager marketing Digital and social will play a key role in building our delivery business with 3rd party aggregators along. He/She will also be responsible for managing our social media and digital marketing piece. The role requires a self starter, highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively with various functions across the business and partners. A strategic mindset, coupled with the passion for brand guardianship as well as the operational skillset to speak with expert level confidence will be required to be successful in this role. You will mainly focus on the digital & social comms and end to end management of delivery business. Key Responsibilities: Food Delivery - Manage end to end 3rd party delivery business: marketing and content management, visibility and campaign management, menu management, operations, data reporting - Delivery: Understand the business target and run tactical campaigns to achieve the target - Delivery: Data mining with delivery partners to understand how can we increase our business and transactions - Delivery: Daily operations and query management. - Delivery: Check customer reviews daily and resolve customer issues along with casa teams - Liaise with operations and cross functional teams to identify need gaps and support them with marketing solutions Digital Marketing and brand communication - Execute end2end campaign process: Campaign coordination, agency coordination, content management and reporting cross functionally (channels, categories, brand activation in clusters) to deliver against an agreed plan. - Execute key product campaigns on digital, influencer marketing, Facebook ads and monthly social media calendar - Built digital presence for the brand - Follow current trends and create content with agency for engagement - PPC campaign strategy and execution, bid management, budget optimization (Facebook, Instagram &amp; Google Adwords - Execute marketing campaigns on various digital platforms to extend awareness &amp; get conversions - Brief, lead and manage creative and adaptation agency partners as required Finance Management - PO creation, vendor management, invoice submission - Making sure payments are cleared on time - Timely reporting to finance for any dues or pending payments which might affect the business Key Relationships: - Cross function to understand brand requirements and brand objectives - Third party aggregators for delivery - External Agencies creative, design and media - Financial Controlling (MWB) KPIs - Manage end to end third party delivery business - Social media marketing &amp; management - Brand and content strategy - Content creation - Paid promotions &amp; advertising - Design &amp; branding - Influencer marketing - Digital marketing: Google Adwords, Search Advertising, Display Advertising, Google Analytics, other digital touch points which help in brand awareness - Public Speaking &amp; Communication - Self-driven, Adaptable, Organized, Team Player, Goal-Oriented Knowledge, Skills and Abilities He/she must be well organised and a strong empathy and passion with Sports Performance categories. In addition the individual must demonstrate: - Good communication (both written and verbal), presentation and facilitation skills - Strong project management skills. - Problem solving mindset. - Strong networking abilities. - Industry awareness and market knowledge. - Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team player - Budget management experience. - Creative vision combined with practical experience. - Analytics evaluation experience. - Agency Management: Creative, Media, Digital, Events. - Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required - Cultural Savvy - Negotiations skills Requisite education and Experience/ qualifications - University degree in business / marketing. - 7-10 years of relevant work experience. - General Marketing Communications Knowledge creative development, agency processes, digital marketing, consumer Brand experience and consumer insights. - Client side experience a must, creative agency experience a plus. - Experience in the F&amp;B/Ecommerce/retail industry is preferred.
