Job Title: Manager - Digital & Social Marketing   Reports To: VP - Business Development	  Position Objective:  - Develop strategies and implement campaigns on Digital media and Social media to build CarDekho brand and drive traffic and business to CarDekho.com on web and mobile  Operational Efficiency:  - Own the digital marketing strategy and implementation (excluding search)  - Manage social media and online buzz marketing using Facebook, Twitter, Google+, video etc.  - Create Facebook posts, plan and manage posts calendar, implement spending and bidding optimization on Facebook for promoted posts and app downloads.  - Create & execute display advertising on web  - Manage & execute Affiliate marketing; Re-targeting  - Execute mobile marketing for WAP and App - user acquisition and activation  - Create & execute online marketing alliances with dealers, OEMs, Banks, other e-Commerce companies  - Youtube channel marketing  - Analyse and report on opportunities and company’s activities and present to senior management  Continuous Improvement:  - Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness  - Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on brand engagements  Internal Interactions:   - Product Teams  - Engineering  - Graphic design  - Marketing/Brand Manager  - Emailing team  - Sales	  External Interactions:   - External agencies & vendors  - Facebook, Google, etc  Qualifications:   - MBA graduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Biz school  - 5-6 years hands-on experience in executing social media for major brand including posts and media buying on FB, and some experience in implementing affiliate marketing, display and retargeting. Experience with mobile marketing will be a plus, but not mandatory.  - Has worked in digitally active brand company or e-commerce company, and/or in digital marketing agency
