Manager - Digital Sales (Biosciences)
Currently we are hiring for an reputed global biotechnology product development company based out in Mumbai.
Experience : 10-20 years
Location : Mumbai (Relocation allowed)
Qualifications : MBA preferred, with specialization in Digital, Strategy, or Marketing; background in Life Sciences is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital and inside sales efforts for BID in South Asia.
Digital Sales Initiatives:
- Utilize data-driven approaches for decision-making, including data analytics and dashboard creation.
- Build a comprehensive database of users, customers, competitors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop metrics for analyzing user engagement and consumption patterns to increase sales.
- Provide market intelligence through data analysis.
- Monitor tender progress and share relevant market updates.
- Collaborate with various teams to support digital promotion activities.
- Support B2B implementation and web ordering.
Inside Sales Initiative:
- Lead the Inside sales team, develop strategy, and prioritize market segments.
- Establish and track revenue and lead generation targets.
Job Requirements:
Education: MBA preferred, with specialization in Digital, Strategy, or Marketing; background in Life Sciences is advantageous.
Experience: Minimum 12 years in inside sales, tele sales, and data analytics, with at least half in people management.
Skills: Proficiency in digital tools, data analytics, and effective communication; familiarity with SFDC, Power Bi, and database tools.
Soft Skills: Strong people management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Travel: Expected to travel 20% of the time.
