Digital/Performance Marketing Manager - EdTech - We are looking for Performance Marketing Lead for one of leading EDTech client of ours. - The Performance Marketing team is responsible for driving high volume performance marketing online activities across our portfolio sites. Few KRA's : - Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy - Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels - Measure ROI and KPIs - Prepare and manage digital marketing budget - Oversee all the company's social media accounts - Measure and manage online content - Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis - Build and inbound marketing plan - Anticipate sales performance trends - Organize and lead digital marketing team - Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement - Keenly following analytics reports on conversion and cost efficiencies and optimizing the campaigns on a practically daily basis - Maintaining benchmarked lead quality through the right mix of sources - Optimizing UI/UX by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). - Looking for a dynamic go-getter to lead an experienced team to use their full potential to achieve CPA, Conversion targets. - You must possess the ability to do great work and advance your projects without being micromanaged.
