Manager - Digital Payments

- Person will lead the projects in Digital Payments. Will be managing the process design and writing of BRDs, Taking approvals & executing the projects while coordinating with various internal/external stakeholders.

- Will be responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit.

- Will design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.

- Expertise on Debit, Credit, Net Banking & other payment solutions integrations with B2C platforms and an understanding of settlement and reconciliation processes with come handy.

- Develop a deep understanding of customer transaction behavior, identify gaps in core products functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for the same.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for staying updated of the latest developments in emerging financial innovation spaces and researching the market to identify promising payments related opportunities.

- Deliver on regulatory commitments that impact the B2C payments space from merchant's perspective.

- As a payments space owners, will lead a number of key projects towards cost reduction.

- Create daily / weekly and monthly reports giving detailed insights & recommendations on payments functions that are being managed.

Candidate's Profile - 

- The candidate must be an engineering graduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Digital payments space. Relevant experience in online payments systems and processing solutions management is required.

- Experience of handling financial reconciliation and payment processes is important.

- Experience in Mobile payment solutions (projects on Mobile wallets, Pockets) would be an added advantage.

- Understanding of Regulatory compliance requirements in the B2C online payments domain.

- Basic experience working with Excel and developing and maintaining various analyses and reporting tools.
