Job Description:
- Responsible for channel growth through digital partnerships and alliances for business vector growth through regular meetings and visits with partners.
- Creating opportunities for cross-organizational promotion and lead generation through partner engagement
- Lead generation from existing corporate business partners and new digital partners
- Complete funnel management- end to end including API integrations, resolving IT /technical glitches for seam less flow of leads and business .
- Negotiating commercials and pay outs with partners, as well as finalising and closing legal agreements with corporate partners.
- Ongoing updating of rules engines and filters related to leads received from business partners.
- Regularly updating the partner's website/application with product and policy changes.
- Closely working with the contact centre to improve lead flow and quality by analysing lead data.
- Liasoning with branches to achieve higher lead conversions
- Collaborating with multiple internal departments, including IT, Marketing, Cops, accounts, and credit, to drive performance.
