2. Design and Build
- Plan and maintain our social media presence across all platform and company website
- Establish and optimize a variety of digital advertising partnerships to drive greater adoption of the service.
3. Measure and Report performance
- Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of digital/mobile advertising initiatives to drive awareness and footfalls.
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Translate campaign performance into communication documents and reports
4. Collaborate
- Manage internal stakeholders, external agencies and other external relationships to run campaigns across wide array of digital channels, networks and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential customers.
- Collaborate with external partners in ensuring that all media plans are aligned with the business's values and goals, are executed on-time and within budget
5. Customer Experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
6. Emerging Technologies & trends
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate trials and repeat footfalls

- Incremental footfalls via Digital Marketing
- Return on Investment- Digital Spends (ROI)
- Master's degree in marketing or business. Bachelor's degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Professional certifications and thorough working knowledge of various Digital Marketing and Analytics Tools and technologies
