Purpose of the role :
The Manager- Digital Marketing is responsible for developing all digital and social media strategies and campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Fully responsible for all Digital Marketing activities (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Emailers etc.) of the company with a keen focus on increasing R.O.I and lead generation. Platforms include- FB, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and more
- Proficiency with Google Adwords - Search; Display etc + the basics of AB testing + analytics
- Proficiency with Facebook and Instagram Adverts - audiences creation and execution and the basics of AB testing + analytics
- Analytics know-how when it comes to calculating macro and micro level numbers
- Knowledge of building websites along with understanding efficiencies in the UI/UX of the website
- Conceptualizing and oversee all online Marketing strategies
- Develop and manage social networking platforms
- Supporting Marketing Manager in all other activities such as - PR & Reputation Management, Customer Relationship Management, ATL, BTL activities etc
- Ensuring growth of the brand, create and maintain positive brand image, conceptualizing and execute innovative marketing and sales methods
- Developing strong relations with media representatives in various online publications
- Expanding clientele by innovative strategies
- Creating online customer experiences
- Ensure increased ROI on digital marketing spend
- Creating, monitoring and reporting on all marketing budget related activities
- Reporting on all digital marketing activities to management on a weekly basis
Skills Required :
- An in-depth understanding of design, copy and web - best practices/guidelines
- Knack for creative ideas rather than just objective and analytics
- Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, etc. preferred
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
- Comfort interacting with clients and internal staff alike
- Strong persuasive skills
Educational Qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing or comparable degree
