Manager - Digital Marketing - Startup

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Provide expertise in developing and adapting strategies for SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Personalization, E-mail Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Social Engagement and Brand Media.

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategy to attract new customers and increase loyalty of existing customers.

- Good understanding of Google Analytics and ability to analyse traffic funnels.

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

- Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns.

- Monitor sales and site metrics. Perform deep dive analytics to understand opportunities to improve KPI performance. Summarize findings and develop appropriate actions plans.

- Ensure all appropriate business partners are kept up to date on the latest e-commerce marketing initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Execute smoothly all deliverables to achieve agreed upon deadlines.

- Develop & Manage relationships with Digital Agencies, vendors and partners

- In -depth keyword and audience research, Competition analysis, Web Site analysis

- Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.

- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

- Identify and develop new features/functionality for website enhancements that improve conversion rate and user experience.

- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

- Conduct competitive analyses, staying abreast of industry best practice and integrating learnings into the overall brand's digital marketing strategy.
